    Tim Swan founded Swan Marine in 2020, bringing a strong connection to Western Australia’s maritime community and a passion for the recreational boating sector. Having spent much of his life on the water, Tim’s knowledge of WA’s maritime landscape and its unique boating culture shaped his vision for Swan Marine.

    With a background in real estate, Tim has a keen understanding of WA’s market dynamics, which complements his focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. Swan Marine, under Tim’s direction, has earned a reputation for trust, transparency, and results-driven service, becoming a go-to name for buying and selling vessels

  • Michael Hourn - Director of Commercial

    With an extensive, 15 year career as a commercial skipper both in Australia and overseas, Mike brings a depth of industry knowledge and expertise to Swan Marine as Commercial Sales Director.  

    Having overseen multiple design and build projects, large scale refits and vessel transformations for a range of owners and operations, Mike’s experience at the helm gives him an invaluable background in joining Swan Marine.  Proficient in commercial marine operations, domestic survey requirements and vessel safety management, Mike endeavours to use this experience to strengthen all aspects of Swan Marine’s commercial services.  

    With an unwavering commitment to excellence and no-nonsense service, Mike’s aim at Swan Marine is to foster long term industry partnerships built on trust and integrity to become your go-to contact for commercial support.
